Open the Favorite Zip Folders dialog

New Zip file on CD or DVD

Create a new Zip file (.zip or .zipx) on a CD or DVD drive (WinZip® Pro and Windows XP or later only; see here if this entry does not appear in your menu)

Close the open archive

Save Saves changes to the currently open archive

Save As

Saves the currently open archive to a new folder and/or new file name

Send To

E-mail, upload, burn the open archive or send selected items to a New Zip file

Print a listing of the open archive's displayed contents

Display the open archive's properties

Add a shortcut to the open archive to the desktop

Re-opens recently used archives

Zip file contents are displayed in a tiled view (Windows XP and later systems only)

Zip file contents are displayed as icons (Windows XP and later systems only)

Zip file contents are displayed in a list

Details

Zip file contents are displayed in a list with file details

Sort

Specify a sort order for the list of files in the open archive

Navigate back one folder level

View, add, edit, or delete a Zip file comment

Last Output

View output from the last command issued by WinZip

Zip all items in the user's Pictures Library (Windows 7 and later)

Zip My Documents, Desktop, Favorites, and E-mail

Zip all items in My Documents, Desktop, Favorites, and E-mail (Outlook, Outlook Express, or Windows Mail) for the current user
