Please note that an activation code is merely a mechanism for providing your registration information. This would be in the form of a Registered to name and a Registration code. Once the activation code has been used and registration information has been generated, the activation code is disabled and will not work again.
If you entered your activation code once already and are now being advised by the WinZip Activation server that The activation code has already been used, please see the article What is my registration code? At the top of this article there is a Quick Search feature where you can enter your e-mail address. If your e-mail address can be found a message will be automatically sent to it containing your registration information. If your e-mail address cannot be found, you can then fill in the details requested in the form beneath the Quick Search and submit the form to Support.
