WinZip Courier 3 Requirements
- Operating Systems: Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows XP
- Supported Email Programs: Microsoft Outlook 2010, Outlook 2007, and Outlook 2003
- Supported Browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, 8, and 9 (32-bit); Google Chrome 6 through 13; Firefox 3.5* through 7.0
- Supported Web Mail: Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, Gmail
- Optional Supported Programs: Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel (versions 2010, 2007, and 2003)
*Note: ZipSend (Courier 3.5 or later) will not work with versions of Firefox prior to Firefox 4.0.
The ZipSend feature requires that Microsoft .NET 2.0 or greater is installed.
These requirements only apply to the computer system where WinZip Courier is installed. Recipients of your e-mail messages do not need WinZip Courier and can use any e-mail program to read your messages. To open and extract from the Zip files you send, your recipient will need a Zip file utility such as WinZip or WinZip Pro.
WinZip Courier Limitations
- The 64-bit version of Microsoft Office 2010 (including Microsoft Outlook 2010, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel) is not supported
- Internet Explorer (64-bit) is not supported
- When using InPrivate Browsing a default Toolbars setting that disables toolbars and extensions must be turned off, or Courier will not work
