Downloading WinZip Mac Software
If you have placed your order, and you have problems downloading the software or cannot install your WinZip Mac software using the file you downloaded, please do not reorder. Use the information below to try to download the software again.

Receipts
You can use the upper portion of the order confirmation email that you receive as your receipt. If you no longer have your order confirmation email, you can contact WinZip Computing to obtain a receipt. Please provide your name, the email address and the physical address you used when you placed the order, and the order date.
Refunds

To qualify for a refund, please remove the software from any computers on which you've installed it. Also, please destroy the CD, if you received one.
The best way to remove WinZip Mac from your computer is as follows:
- Click the WinZip Mac icon on the dock
- Click the WinZip Mac drop down menu and then the Uninstall menu item
Send a message to WinZip Computing, stating that you have removed the software from any computers on which you've installed it, and have destroyed the CD
(if applicable), and that you will no longer be using the software.
