Support has ended for WinZip 9 versions, WinZip 10.0, and WinZip 11 versions. End of support dates for WinZip versions later than WinZip 11.2 are listed in the WinZip Knowledge Base.
Customer Service will continue to be provided for versions beyond their supported date to assist with product downloads, installation issues, and registration issues. Contact Technical Support for these issues.
The following will no longer be provided for unsupported WinZip versions:
- Physical media shipments
- Product updates (including changes for bug fixes or new security threats)
WinZip Computing recommends that all users of unsupported WinZip versions upgrade to the latest release version of WinZip if their computer meets these system requirements. Upgrading will allow you to receive the advantages of up-to-date security changes, new features, bug fixes, and technical support.
