Support has ended for WinZip 9 versions, WinZip 10.0, WinZip 11 versions, and WinZip 12.0. End of support dates for WinZip versions later than WinZip 12.0 are listed in the WinZip Knowledge Base.
The following will no longer be provided for unsupported WinZip versions:
- Physical media shipments
- Product updates (including changes for bug fixes or new security threats)
WinZip Computing recommends that all users of unsupported WinZip versions upgrade to the latest release version of WinZip if their computer meets these system requirements. Upgrading will allow you to receive the advantages of up-to-date security changes, new features, bug fixes, and technical support.
Registered WinZip users are eligible to upgrade to the latest release version of WinZip Standard Edition or WinZip Pro Edition for 50% off the full retail price. For more information on a version upgrade, visit the WinZip Upgrade Information page.
