Sending Selected Files to a New Zip File

WinZip^® makes it easy to send selected items from the currently open WinZip file to a new Zip file (.zip or .zipx). Simply select one or more items from the current WinZip file, right click one of the items, and choose Send Selected Files To and then New Zip File from the shortcut menu.

WinZip will first prompt you for options related to creating the new Zip file. WinZip will then create the new Zip file containing the selected items.

After WinZip has created the new Zip file containing your selected items, WinZip displays the new Zip file using Windows File Explorer.
