The Settings Tab

Beginning with WinZip^® 26.0, the Settings tab is no longer used. The controls that were previously available in this tab can be found in these new locations:

Multi-part Zip file - Tools tab

Zip type/compression method - Zip tab

Conversion settings:

Encryption - WinZip Settings in the File menu
Photo conversions - Image Settings in the File menu
PDF settings - PDF Settings in the File menu

Social media, Instant messaging, Cloud services - File menu

Deletion schedule - Manage File Expirations in the the Share submenu of the File menu

WinZip Options - WinZip Settings in the File menu

Unzip Settings - Unzip tab

Conversion Settings: Set preferences for encryption, photo reducing, removing personal data,
